Common questions
- A song I want isn't in the app.
- Use "Đặt bài" (Request) on the home screen. A song can only be added if its
YouTube upload has a real Korean caption track — automatic captions mishear
singing badly enough to teach the wrong words.
- I bought "remove ads" and the ads came back.
- Open the remove-ads screen and tap "Khôi phục giao dịch" (Restore
purchases). Purchases are tied to your Apple or Google account, so use the same
one you bought with.
- The lyrics are out of time.
- Timings come from the video's own caption track. Tell us the song and we
will re-fetch it.
- How do I delete a comment I posted?
- Long-press it in the app. To have one removed if you cannot reach it, email
us with the text.
- How do I delete my data?
- Uninstalling removes everything stored on your device. For anything held on
our servers, see the Privacy Policy.
